WHEN IN ROME...

In the past couple of years African fashion has earned its crown as a very sought after trend.
Designers have, more recently, encouraged their creativity to take a walk on the wild side and incorporate some much needed bold prints, vivid colours and daring shapes in their catwalk collections to represent a refreshing vision of summer fashion.

With African fashion effortlessly making a statement it is no wonder that finally, after standing in the shadows for many years, it is taking on the world stage; seen and appreciated in all the Fashion capitals such as London and New York.

And it is not just the catwalks who have had the privilege of having the African trend set upon them but so much so is the popularity of this style that celebrities have not been able to resist its charms.

The likes of fashion trendsetter Rihanna, beautifully confident Beyonce, fun and Daring Michelle Obama and Ghanas own fashion queen Ebi Bright have all experimented with this trend.

With the trend fast becoming part of the fashion elite team where better to showcase its rise and success than in the AltaRoma fashion show?

Italy has been referred to as the fashion capital for many years with prestigious designers such as Giorgio Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Fendi, Missoni and Gianni Versace, to name only a few, ensuring they prove time after time with their collections why exactly Italy wears the fashion crown.
And with Vogue Italia being named the fashion bible it is clear that Italy is the place to be recognised when it comes to all things mode.

The AltaRoma show which took place in July 2013 is the perfect platform to showcase talent, creativity and inspiration and Tebazile made sure that they were part of such a prestigious event.
Adorning the models wearing the Kiki Clothing range as they strutted their stuff on the catwalks Tebazile made an impression with its boldness and fierceness as always.

The palette of the Kiki collection boasted metallics and predominantly shades of sea green and gold with flashes of reds, burnt orange, blues and emeralds.
The carefully picked Tebazile pieces including uniquely handcrafted gold earrings, statement stone rings and spectacularly outstanding  necklaces with flashes of bright colours and mixed materials gave the outfits the x factor and complemented them in a way that no other brand could have managed.

It is with a catwalk such as this one that Tebazile reminds the world why they are a must know brand.
