Mixing & Trending

Everyone knows that rules are there to be broken and in fashion, sometimes, being different is a must in order to stand out from the crowd and be unique.
Trends are always a great guideline to what’s hot and what’s not but it’s good to play around with the idea of a trend and give it your own interpretation.
By doing so you not only give your style an edge but you have made a trend your own.

Trends are always making a reappearance on the catwalks and some are more frequent than others.

The pastel trend has been a catwalk regular for many years and doesn’t seem to show signs of going out of fashion. With the Spring/Summer 2012 shows coated in the sugary shades it was inevitable that they would once again make an appearance a year on.
The 2013 shows saw the ice cream hues back in full force with an array of mint, lemon sherbet, fondant pink, apricot, baby blue and violet hues incorporated into the beautiful collections of Mulberry, Christopher Kane and Temperley London.
With this trend also came the love for colour popping; injecting bright shades into outfits with accessories in cheerful colours and jewellery with pops of colours or bright beads.

Gold is another big trend that is flawless in its elegance and a catwalk regular year after year.
Whether it is as a main part of an ensemble or a minimal detail to complement an outfit Gold always makes an appearance.
Used as a statement colour or a primary tone Gold always proves to be the one shade that will never be outdated.

And finally one of my favourite trends that only lately has been on repeat on the worldwide catwalks is the African print fashion trend.
With the trend storming onto the shows in 2012 it most certainly caused an uproar in the fashion world and became a celeb favourite with the likes of Gwen Stefani and Rihanna donning this style.
The trend proved that there was a sense of danger, fun and inimitability within the fashion world that hadn’t quite been explored until then.

Tebazile has of course managed to cover all of these trends with exceptional results.
It has taken the trends and done what every brand should – made it its own.

All Under $250!
